Overview
The Gel-Kayano 14 first released in 2008 and returned in 2020, when Kiko Kostadinov helped bring it back. Its 2022 JJJJound collaboration made silver, cream and black Kayano 14s some of the most wanted ASICS colourways, and this pair follows that palette.
The Gel-Kayano 14 Cream Black Metallic Plum uses a cream base with black overlays and silver detailing, following the layered lines of the original running design. Metallic Plum marks the heel accents and the exposed GEL units in the midsole, giving the neutral upper a single colour highlight.
The Kayano 14 is a comfortable everyday runner with a Y2K profile. This colourway works with light denim, black trousers and technical outerwear, and the plum detail stays subtle enough for daily wear.
