The BAPE 1st Camo By Bathing Ape Tee 'Black / Green' is a quintessential representation of A Bathing Ape’s legacy, fusing streetwear heritage with military-inspired aesthetics. As part of the brand’s long-standing 1st Camo series, this iteration reflects the Tokyo-based label’s dedication to bold design language and high-quality craftsmanship that has defined its global cult status since 1993.
Overview
This edition of the BAPE 1st Camo Tee arrives in a striking black base, contrasted by the signature green 1st Camo motif prominently displayed in the classic “By Bathing Ape” logo print across the chest. The 1st Camo pattern—a proprietary camouflage created by BAPE in the late '90s—features ape heads embedded within a woodland-style design, setting it apart from conventional military camo. Crafted from 100% cotton, the tee delivers a structured yet breathable fit, ideal for both casual and layered styling. The classic short-sleeve silhouette is finished with a ribbed crewneck and the iconic woven BAPE head label stitched at the left sleeve, underscoring the brand’s commitment to premium streetwear detailing.
Key Highlights
• Signature 1st Camo Print: Features BAPE’s original green 1st Camo motif—renowned for its hidden ape heads and distinct design that helped define the streetwear camo trend.
• Bold “By Bathing Ape” Branding: The iconic text logo sits front and center in contrasting camo, delivering unmistakable BAPE DNA.
• 100% Cotton Construction: Built for everyday comfort with a durable, mid-weight cotton fabric that balances structure and breathability.
