Overview
Bill Bowerman hand-built the original Moon Shoe in 1972, and Simon Porte Jacquemus has reworked it across several seasons of the Jacquemus x Nike partnership. The Jacquemus Moon Shoe Soft Pearl arrived in spring 2026 alongside Fauna Brown and Aluminum Pink colourways.
Nike describes the design as a blend of the classic track racer and ballet-inspired elements. Ruched nylon in a soft pearl tone forms the upper, with full-grain leather on the Swoosh, lacing and heel. A slim midsole sits on a gum waffle outsole, and Jacquemus branding appears on the tongue, heel and sockliner.
The low, narrow build suits wide trousers, skirts and relaxed tailoring, and the pale palette keeps it soft rather than sporty. Blue Ribbon Sports packaging nods to Nike's origins, a detail collectors will value.
