Every item sold on PUSHAS passes through a PUSHAS facility in Sydney, Hong Kong or Los Angeles, where a trained authenticator inspects it by hand before it is dispatched. Nothing ships seller to buyer unseen. That applies to a pair of sneakers, a sealed Pokémon booster box and a graded slab alike.

If you ever believe an item is not authentic, report it within 14 days of delivery. No proof is needed, we send a prepaid label, and once confirmed you receive a full refund including shipping. The guarantee covers every item at every price.

Returns and cancellations

Room to change your mind, in writing.

Buying a limited release online usually means living with the decision. On PUSHAS you can cancel within 2 hours of ordering for a full refund. Once your order arrives, you have 14 days to return it for 90% back to your original payment method or 100% in store credit, and up to 90 days for 90% store credit. There are no exchanges, so a return and a new order is the cleanest path to a different size.

Claims for items that arrive damaged, wrong or not as described are handled separately: report within 14 days, we send a prepaid label, and PUSHAS inspects and decides. Graded slabs are returnable only while sealed, intact and unopened. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law sit on top of all of this.

The price you actually pay

Local currency, taxes at checkout, no surprises at the door.

A low sticker price in a foreign currency is not the price you pay. Conversion fees, duties and courier brokerage are often added after the fact. PUSHAS shows prices in local currency across 14 markets, and for Australian customers GST and duties are calculated at checkout, so the figure on the order confirmation is the figure you pay. Orders over A$1,000 shipping from overseas may attract a charge on arrival, and customers outside Australia pay any duties on arrival.
