The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG 'Chicago Lost and Found' (DZ5485-612) is a reimagined version of the 1985 Chicago Air Jordan 1, built to look like a deadstock pair found decades later. Released on 19 November 2022, it pairs cracked leather and a vintage-toned sole with packaging styled after an old independent sneaker shop.
Overview
The Lost and Found concept imagines an original pair of Chicago 1s discovered in an aged box in the back of a 1980s mom-and-pop shop. The Air Jordan 1 Chicago Lost and Found, also known as Chicago Reimagined, also marked the start of an improved shape and toe box for Air Jordan 1 High OG releases.
The upper uses cracked white leather with Varsity Red overlays, while black leather covers the Swoosh, Wings logo and collar. A muslin tongue and an off-white midsole with Nike Air branding give it an aged finish, and a red rubber outsole completes the original blocking. The toe box is reshaped to follow the 1985 silhouette.
The packaging carries the story further, with throwback tissue paper, sale stickers, a vintage-style invoice and a box styled after 1980s retail stock. On foot it wears like any Air Jordan 1 High OG and works with washed denim, cargos or vintage-inspired fits.
