Overview
The original Gel-Kayano 20 launched in 2013, marking two decades of the franchise named after designer Toshikazu Kayano. Its 2025 return brings the twentieth edition back as a lifestyle shoe, alongside the other archive Kayano models in the SportStyle range.
The Gel-Kayano 20 Blue Neptune Black uses an engineered mesh upper layered with synthetic and leather overlays, with black TPU reinforcement at the heel. FluidFit construction lets the upper move with the foot, visible GEL cushioning absorbs impact, and the Guidance Trusstic system supports heel-to-toe transitions above a tri-colour midsole and rubber outsole.
The blue, purple and volt mix gives the shoe more colour than most retro runners while the black heel keeps it grounded. It pairs with technical outerwear, track pants or straight denim.

Change of mind returns
- Within 14 days of delivery: 90% of the item value back to your original payment method, or 100% as PUSHAS Store Credit.
- 15 to 90 days after delivery: 90% of the item value as PUSHAS Store Credit.
- You pay return shipping. Original shipping, duties and taxes are not refunded.
